Terms of Service: One Year Monitoring Agreement

This agreement is made this 18 day of May, 2013 by and between Alarm Relay Inc. herein referred to as "COMPANY", and , here-in-after referred to as "Subscriber."

Waiver For Compliance With NFPA UL Fire Standards

By signing this agreement, the Subscriber recognizes that the system they are self-installing is not in compliance with the UL Fire Standards set forth by the NFPA.

If Subscriber has a requirement for a UL Approved fire system, they will need to switch to a UL Approved Fire Control Panel.
Alarm Relay Inc. will monitor fire signals for the system located at:
, , , but is not responsible for the operation of the system or the ability of the system to successfully transmit fire signals to our central monitoring station.
Subscriber will hold Alarm Relay harmless for any damages that result from the fire system's inability to function.
Subscriber recognizes that Alarm Relay has in good faith notified them of the fact that your system is not a UL approved panel. Furthermore, typical procedures for monitoring UL approved fire systems require a daily timer test. A daily timer test is not currently offered as part of this agreement, but is available to the client upon their request for an additional $20.00 per month.
