Fire monitoring is a benefit offered to all of our residential accounts. Commercial accounts, on the other hand, require a separate and specific Fire system. Our automation system sends daily signals to the Fire Panel ensuring that the panel is functioning and reporting properly. Each city and county has different ordinances, so we will work with you to make sure your Fire Panels meet the Fire Code requirements set forth by the local Fire Marshall.
I am in Jacksonville, FL. In the middle of 60mph winds, record rainfall, power flickering and phone lines spotty, I get a call from the AlarmRelay Alarm Center.
They inform me that I have a low battery and that a trouble signal has been detected. They ask if I'm okay. They ask if there are any notifications that can be made to help me.
After the storm, right on time, just as promised, I get a call from AlarmRelay to make sure everything is properly back in service.
