Our Central Station is able to communicate with all monitored alarm panels. While most alarm signals are sent via land lines, cellular/GSM communication is also possible with nearly all types of alarm panels. If you do not have an account with a traditional phone company a cellular line can be used as your primary line. Cellular lines cannot be cut, and the signal is not accessible to anyone except those with exclusive access to the alarm panel. Alarm Relay can support the following cellular modules:

I am in Jacksonville, FL. In the middle of 60mph winds, record rainfall, power flickering and phone lines spotty, I get a call from the AlarmRelay Alarm Center.
They inform me that I have a low battery and that a trouble signal has been detected. They ask if I'm okay. They ask if there are any notifications that can be made to help me.
After the storm, right on time, just as promised, I get a call from AlarmRelay to make sure everything is properly back in service.
WOW! Thank You from an old man in Jacksonville.
